Terms and Conditions for OG Pro Detail Mobile Auto Detailing Services

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the provision of mobile auto detailing services (“Services”) by OG Pro Detail (“Company”, “We”, “Us”, “Our”) to you (“Customer”, “You”, “Your”). By using our Services, You agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Services Provided

OG Pro Detail offers mobile auto detailing services, including but not limited to exterior washing, interior cleaning, waxing, polishing, engine cleaning, and other related services. The specific services provided will be agreed upon in the booking process.

3. Service Appointment

Booking: Appointments for services are scheduled through our website, phone, or other communication channels. Customers are required to provide accurate details of the vehicle, including make, model, and condition.

Rescheduling and Cancellations: If You need to reschedule or cancel a service, You must notify OG Pro Detail at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.

Late Arrivals: If You are not available at the agreed time, the service may be rescheduled, and additional fees may apply.

4. Payment

Pricing: All prices are subject to the specific services requested, the condition of the vehicle, and any other variables as determined by the Company. A detailed price list will be provided before the service is performed.

Payment Method: Payment is due upon completion of the service and may be made via credit/debit card, cash, or other methods accepted by the Company.

Refund Policy: Payments are non-refundable unless the service is not rendered or if the vehicle is damaged due to negligence on our part.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Vehicle Condition: You must inform OG Pro Detail of any existing damage or special requirements for your vehicle. The Company is not liable for damage that was previously present or disclosed.

Access to Vehicle: You are responsible for ensuring the vehicle is accessible and that any necessary permits (for parking or working on the vehicle) are provided.

Personal Property: The Company is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen personal belongings inside the vehicle.

6. Service Guarantee

OG Pro Detail strives to provide the highest quality service. If You are unsatisfied with any part of the service, please contact us within 24 hours to address your concerns.

We will offer a re-service or partial refund if a mistake or error occurred on our part, but we do not guarantee perfection.

7. Liability

Damage to Vehicle: OG Pro Detail is not responsible for pre-existing damage to the vehicle, including scratches, dents, or other issues not disclosed by the Customer prior to service. The Company is also not liable for damages arising from incorrect vehicle maintenance by the customer.

Indemnity: You agree to indemnify and hold OG Pro Detail harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from the provision of services, including any issues arising from the use of the vehicle post-service.

8. Health and Safety

OG Pro Detail adheres to all necessary health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment. You must notify the Company of any concerns regarding chemicals or products used in the detailing process.

9. Confidentiality

Any personal information provided by You during the booking and service process will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy. The Company will not share your personal information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

10. Force Majeure

OG Pro Detail is not responsible for delays or failure to perform services due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather, natural disasters, or any unforeseen events.

11. Changes to Terms and Conditions

OG Pro Detail reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to Customers prior to the next scheduled service.

12. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which OG Pro Detail operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
